  • Creators to share and monetize their content (and subscribe to/view other Creators' content);

  • Fans to subscribe to and view Creators' content.

This Privacy Policy ("Policy") explains how we process Personal Data for:

  • Creators and Fans;

  • Individuals featured in Creator-uploaded content ("Content Collaborators");

  • Business relationship contexts.

We process your Personal Data when you use OurKinks and its services ("Services"). As a data controller, we determine how and why your Personal Data is processed.

What is Personal Data?

"Personal Data" means information that identifies, relates to, or could reasonably be linked to you. This excludes de-identified, aggregated, or anonymized data.

Applicability (18+)

  • This Policy supplements our Terms of Service (including the Acceptable Use Policy).

  • OurKinks is strictly for users 18+. By using the Services, you confirm you meet this requirement.

OurKinks may link to third-party sites/apps. We are not responsible for their privacy practices. Review their policies separately.

Face Recognition Data

Onboarding Processes

Creators

  1. Provide User Data, verify residency.

  2. Submit Financial Data (for payouts/fraud prevention).

  3. Complete third-party age/ID verification (Face Recognition Data processed by providers).

  4. Check for prior bans.

Content Collaborators

  • Complete age/ID verification if featured in content.

Fans

  1. Provide User Data, verify residency.

  2. Submit Financial Data (for payments/fraud prevention).

  3. Undergo age estimation (location-dependent) or full age/ID verification if flagged.

Why Face Recognition?

  • Prevents fraud (e.g., fake IDs).

  • Compliance with safety laws.

  • Providers retain data for periodic authentication (withdraw consent via support@ourkinks.com).
